On The Fringe Hair Design was established in 1998 at the University of Victoria. In response to the overwhelming success of the Victoria Salon, a second location was created at the University of British Columbia in September, 2002. Both salons are located in the Student Union Buildings on campus.
Our Mission at On The Fringe Hair Design is to give exceptional service at a reasonable price. We are proud of the upbeat, comfortable atmosphere that has been created in both salons.
At On The Fringe Hair Design, everyone is welcome ....whether you are a student, university employee, or local resident.
Our award winning stylists have extensive education and experience with a wide range of hairstyling, cutting and coloring techniques. They are continually updating their education to push their creative boundaries to help you find the style that best suits your lifestyle or mood.
